What We Do
IT Resolutions provides managed IT services through managed service agreements (MSAs), which are the most comprehensive suites of services and products that we have to offer. These agreements include reduced labor rates for contracted clients, as well as bundled products to help protect your data and mitigate losses in the event of a breach. In contrast to the traditional break-fix model, an MSA allows us to serve your needs as quickly and thoroughly as possible, as well as proactively protect you against new types of threats with a combination of third-party products and in-house resources. For our clients who prefer a more traditional approach to IT support, we also offer break-fix support at an hourly rate. While break-fix clients are not under any contract with IT Resolutions, our technicians provide the same first-rate support as with our managed service clients to keep you up-and-running with minimal downtime.
